Cara lives in Missouri with her own alpha hero, car husband. This is not a book for everyone, because as the description points out, this is a dark read.

The Parseon culture is very unbalanced and it’s interesting to learn why. Darker than CyborgOps series, but this is a different universe.
What I wasn’t so sure about was this Sci Fi genre. And then finds he cannot stop thinking about her. Uh, yeah, see your point, hun. Rbistol premise of this is different from other space opera’s I’ve read which I always enjoy.
I haven’t read Cara Bristol before Breeder and I’m eagerly awaiting more books set in this intriguing and somewhat uncomfortable world. An Alpha should only ever engage in sex with a woman to procreate, in the hopes of producing a son.
